1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bbb4 ("bbb4", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bbb4 website located at https://bbb4.io and all associated services, features, and content made available through that domain.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.2 Single Account Policy

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbb4 platform — including but not limited to the bbb4 brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, data compilations, odds feeds, and game content — is the intellectual property of bbb4 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbb4 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any bbb4 content without the express prior written consent of bbb4.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbb4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the bbb4 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.
